- Eligibility for Returns
You may return a component within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The component is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described.
- The component is incorrect (wrong product delivered).
- The component is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (for non-defective returns).
Non-returnable components include:
- Components damaged by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Software, digital products, and downloadable content.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Opened consumables such as batteries, and kits with delicate components.

Request a Return
Contact us at info@integralmakers.co.ke or via WhatsApp 0737 748977 with your order number, reason for return, and proof (photo/video) if defective.
Approval & Instructions
Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable courier service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in special cases.
- Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Warranty Claims
